Adam, born in 2019, fled Damascus with his family to Idlib then to Afrin in northern Aleppo. The family lives in an unfinished house and under harsh conditions. Their pain increased when Adam was diagnosed with chronic renal failure. He needs constant medication, but his father cannot afford them.
