Zahraa, a widow and mother of two orphans children, was displaced with her children from f Al-Lataminah in Hama countryside to several places. Eventually, they settled in Idlib in a rented house that lacks living basics such as heating. One of her sons suffers from cerebral atrophy, which requires special needs and medications.
