Khadija will never forget when her husband, who was tortured to death in prison, was arrested, leaving her with the huge responsibility of raising their six young children and providing for their needs.  Because she is unable to work due to severe headaches, her young daughter is compelled to work in a cleaning factory for a very low wage in order to meet part of their needs and pay the house rent. After the Red Crescent cut off their aid, their living situation has deteriorated and their debts have accumulated, so they have no choice but to ask for your help to pay off their bills and provide clothing and food for their children.
