Mahmoud is a young man aged 30. He is married and has two children who need special necessities. Sadly, he was born with a cardiac deformation (Coarctation of the aorta ) , so he needs to undergo urgent surgery. The bad news is that Mahmoud is poor and cannot afford the surgery. His health is deteriorating. Earlier, he used to work intermittently for a pittance; however, he is unable to work now.
