Abdullah is a young man who suffered an injury by a shrapnel which caused complete paralysis in the right leg and partial paralysis in the left leg due to the pressure its putting on the bone marrow which made him unable to walk. Abdullah suffers from may severe pains and electric shocks in the lower limbs. He needs surgery to remove the shrapnel, a wheelchair and physiotherapy; but due to his injury and the asylum situation, he was prevented from working in order to secure the cost of treatment.
