Hoor is afraid to socialize with the rest of her friends for fear of being asked about the burn injuries on her body, as she was exposed to a blazing fire when she was younger that burned her hair follicles and scalp which caused a loss of growth in a great area of her head. Therefore, she needs a tissue transplant. But due to the poor living conditions her family has been struggling with since they got displaced, they cannot secure the cost required for the surgery, as her father suffers from war injury due to bombardment.
