Marwa, an eleven-year-old girl, lives with her family which consists of twenty-one members in a three-room house. She suffers from extremely short stature due to growth hormone deficiency. This condition has caused deterioration in her psychological state, as she feels different from the rest of her siblings and friends. Due to that, she isolated herself from her surrounding. Marwa needs medication, but due to the large number of family members and the absence of a breadwinner other than the father, it is difficult for the father to secure treatment. For that reason, the father asked us for support to help his daughter get treated.
