Mowaffaq and his family were displaced from Hama, Syria, to Tripoli, Lebanon, in early 2014. His financial circumstances led him to rent a shared room, where he now resides. Muwafaq is the father of five small children, four of whom must attend school. One of them is Marwa, his daughter, who has rickets and requires monthly medication. Muwafaq also has an enlarged heart muscle as a result of the huge effort he put in at work to meet his family's needs, which left him unable to work and afford medicines and other essentials. The family is in desperate need of money for tuition fees after the cost of attending school was increased. The family needs your help so they can pay the children's school fees in addition to food and rent.
