Wisam is a young kid who has not seen anything in life yet but cruelty, as he got displaced with his family from their city to a tent that does not protect from the winter's cold or summer's heat. Wisam was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. Therefore, he had to move to Turkey to receive treatment. Unfortunately, he cannot afford the expenses required for the medications, and his family is barely affording their daily food supplies.
