Enad suffers from kidney stones which caused his kidney to fail by 60%. He has only two options where he completely removes his kidney or he has to move to Turkey every now and then to receive his treatment. But his treatment expenses and going to Turkey make him feel depressed as he can't afford them while also living in hard conditions in the camp.
