Abdulla is a refugee with his family in Lebanon, has 3rd degree hemorrhoids with continuous bleeding that affect his health status in a bad way. He needs surgical intervention but he has disastrous financial situation as he is unable to provide essential stuff for the family and can't afford the surgical costs.
