Safaa', lives with her husband and 2 kids inside Syria, she has complete loss of hearing in right ear and decreased hearing in left ear following continuous shelling on Homs. The problem s caused by small bones of the ear destruction beside neck bones. She needs to have surgical bone repair but they are unable to pay the high costs.
