Nabigha is a refugee who is going through tough living conditions, with poor financial status and several medical conditions. Nabigha is having high grade fever with flank pain, she was diagnosed with pyelonephritis. She was also found to have hepatomegaly and bleeding in uterus, hysterectomy must be done as soon as possible because her blood is dropping down. Nabigha is living with severe pain and urgent intervention is needed to improve her condition and treat her anemia.
