Haneen and Faten are two sisters who were born in 2006 and 2012 respectively. They both suffer from issues with the gland responsible of growth (adrenal gland) which led the two kids to become short and malnourished. They need to do regular blood tests and they need special nutrients. Unfortunately, their father is a poor sales man who does not make enough money to cover their needs.
