Abdulellah is an elderly man who suffers from severe pain in bones and motor impairment (difficulty in moving). he was able to do a CT scan which showed that he has sever issues with his hip bone but further investigations are needed. In order for him to get to the correct diagnosis, he needs to do more scans but he can not afford that.
