Abeer is a child who lives with her family in Syria and suffers from nodal tuberculosis. At the beginning, this disease led to a severe damage in the glandular nodes of the neck, and then the illness expanded and the infection moved to the abdomen. Today, Abeer is in need of an appropriate treatment and adequate amount of food to overcome the disease and survive under the unpleasant siege conditions.
