A child in his five year , he is blind suffering of a shortness in his leg and a congenital in his feet which require to wear medical shoes permanently . After lab examinations , he was diagnosed with asthma as he suffered of respiration issues for long time . The doctor stated that he needs a new medical shoes with a different model and he told that it should be changed according to the development in his feet and leg status. But his family living conditions are too difficult . since they are refugees and his mother is divorced and the father is out of responsibility to maintain his family. His grandfather is an elderly depends on the aids to maintain the family and he is unable to provide the costs of asthma medications and medical shoes for his grand son .
