A woman in her forty suffering of sever joints pain , difficulty in speaking and shortness in breath cause of a defect in the thyroid gland. After diagnosis it is shown that she needs a thyroid amputation . But the bad conditions of refuge camps which she is sharing with her husband and inability to work prevented them from providing the cost of operation .
