Recently, he started to have severe back pain and further evaluation revealed broken internal fixation device, central disc protrusion on the right with spinal stenosis. He needs surgery as soon as possible o remove the broken device, management of his disc protrusion and fixation of some lumbar vertebrae, as well as spinal decompression surgery. The family has been displaced away from home, they all live in a house of two rooms, the house is still under construction, the family are deprived from their essential life requirement.
