Rahima is a Syrian elderly with diabetes and diabetic foot, she hadpreviously 2 amputated toes, recently her disease has progressed and her foot was amputated. She is also diagnosed with Alzheimer disease and cardiac problems, she needs daily medications and intensive care. Any help?
