Imran is a displaced child from Aleppo living with his family in a house unfit for habitation. Imran's father is trying to provide for the family's needs, but their situation worsened after Imran was diagnosed with kidney stones. He is unable to afford the cost of the surgical procedure to alleviate his child's pain.
