In a dilapidated tent, a family struggles against harsh conditions. The uncle suffers from glaucoma in his left eye and has been unable to leave the tent for over a year. In addition to heart problems, a herniated disc, and low blood pressure, he and his children, who face mental and respiratory issues, live in increasingly worsening circumstances. The family barely manages to secure food as debts pile up, and the uncle is in urgent need of surgery for his glaucoma and the implantation of a lens to save his sight.
