Historia
For years, Walid suffered from impaired vision, which eventually developed into complete blindness. He underwent multiple surgeries, including the removal of a mass and the implantation of an internal cerebral shunt, after being diagnosed with brain cancer, but without success. Three years ago, Walid was transferred to Turkey for treatment, where he underwent 24 radiation sessions and additional surgeries. Following the earthquake disaster in Antakya, he was forced to halt his treatment and return to Syria. Now, his condition has worsened as the mass has returned, and his brain can no longer tolerate any additional surgeries. Walid currently relies on medication alone and urgently needs 10 boxes of special medicine for the recurrent seizures that affect him. Due to the dire living conditions he faces, he is unable to afford the cost of these medications. Let us stand by Walid and help him secure the treatment he desperately needs.
