Historia
Our sister arrived with her children, fleeing death—carrying no belongings, with no shelter to turn to. Their pain began here, as life closed in on them with the cold of night and the heat of day. No food to ease their hunger, and no income to cover even their most basic needs… In a place that resembles everything but a home—no furniture, no coverings, stripped of warmth and void of security—this is where Aunt Sharouf lives with her four children. Their only support is the small income earned by the elderly father from his daily labor… It is our duty to stand beside Aunt Sharouf. She is like a mother to us, and her children have a right to be brought joy. Let us mend their broken hearts by easing their hardship.
