In a small house in rural Aleppo, Mustafa lives with his wife and their five children. The children suffer from osteoporosis and dwarfism, which makes their bones extremely fragile and prone to breaking with even the slightest movement. As a result, they rely heavily on their eldest son, Ahmed, a police officer who barely earns enough to support his family. On top of this, they are also burdened by diabetes, adding another layer of struggle to their lives. Yet, despite all these challenges, their hearts remain tethered to a thread of hope, hoping for a helping hand to ease their suffering.
