Historia
Two and a half years ago, Lama’an lost her husband suddenly to a heart attack — leaving her a widow with no support or provider. Today, she lives with her only son and his three children, constantly moving from one place to another after being forced to leave the Marash camp following an evacuation order.
They are now staying temporarily with relatives, waiting and hoping for a home to shelter them. But the soaring rent prices have made this simple dream nearly impossible, and returning to Syria isn’t an option — there’s no home left to go back to.
Lama’an also suffers from a kidney disease that requires ongoing medical treatment, adding even more burden to the family. Her son tries to work in construction, but his income is unstable, and many times he doesn’t even receive his wages. The family has been left with nothing but debt, hardship, and uncertainty.
Your help can give Lama’an and her family a safe home and hope for a better tomorrow.
