Jihad is in his fiftieth, living with his family in Aleppo countryside. He is suffering from severe fatigue with efforts and short breathing. He was diagnosed with coronary occlusion and he needs surgery as soon as possible which he can't pay for because he has nothing. His wife and son are working to provide the rental fees for the house and they still unable to pay for his surgery since it is too expensive.
