Elias is a diabetic child who lives with his family in dire conditions. The impoverished family cannot afford the needed 2 doses of insulin each day, in order to lower his blood sugar. Elias was born on 01/09/2011 in Idlib, where he lives in a rented place. The child's condition is very serious and his psychological well being is at its lowest.
