Islah means „improvement“! The Mama of Islah has optimistically named her Islah so that when she comes into this world she will improve many of these difficult lives and perhaps heal exhausted hearts! Islah was born on 15.01.2014. She comes from Raqqa and there she lives with her mother and her siblings Ali and Yara in an apartment that belongs to relatives. Five months before Islah came into this world, exactly on 20.08.2013, her father was murdered. Islah goes to school. She is talented, loves to learn and also likes to paint.
