Mais was born on 1/1/2011 and has lived a childhood of deprivation. She lost her father on 10/2/2012, who was arrested by the regime forces and died after two years in detention. Mais has a hearing impairment in addition to back paralysis and other health problems. All this was due to the unstoppable bombardment. Mais lives with her mother and three siblings and hopes that someone would make her life better.
