Shorouq was born on 30/1/2012 in the Idlib countryside. She recently lost her father, who suffered from renal insufficiency that led to his death in 2020. Shorouq lives with her mother and eight siblings in a small, rented house. They have no breadwinner and can't easily secure rent or basic needs. Shorouq goes to school and loves to play sports.
