Fatima was born on 6/5/2013 in the city of Haritan in the northern countryside of Aleppo. Her father passed away in her birth year as a result of aerial bombing. After her mother remarried, Fatima and her brother moved to live with their grandfather in the city of Al-Bab. Their living place is a formerly bombed house, where 28 people live. The grandfather is the only provider and he works as a taxi driver for little money. Fatima had to drop out of school because of poverty, but she is always happy and hopes for a bright future.
