Shahd was born on 30/4/2013 in Maarat Al-Numan. The war deprived her of her father when she was only one year old. After the regime forces took control of their city, Shahd and her family fled to Idlib. Today, she lives with her mother and her siblings as well as four other families in an old, poor house.
