Sumaya is the youngest of her four siblings and was born on 14/10/2016, the same year her father was martyred in the bombing of Idlib. Somaya was born in Idlib and knows her city of Deir ez-Zor only in name because they fled to Turkey in fear of the regime's bombings after her father's death in search of a safer place. Today Somaya lives with her family in a small apartment, with poor sailors. Every morning she watches the children go to kindergarten from the window and dreams of being with them and learning like them.
