Abdelaziz lives with his family of 8 in a very old house. A medical error when he was a child resulted in the shortening and atrophy of one of his legs, this led to his suffering from poliomyelitis and since then he depends on a walker. One of his children has quit school to work and support his family because of their poor living conditions. Abdelaziz pleads for your help that'll help him secure a wheelchair and crutches.
