Hanan is an eight-year-old girl. She and her family fled to Lebanon in 2014 from the countryside of Damascus. They settled in Arsal camps. They live in a small tent and in very difficult conditions. Her father does not work and the money from charity is their only income. Hanan suffers from growth hormone deficiency and needs injections, but they are unable to cover their costs.
