Fadel, a young man, born in 1993, is a refuge living with his family in deplorable living conditions in a tent in Lebanon. Fadel has a large mass of tissue in his foot, which requires an excision surgical procedure. Such a procedure would ease the pain of this young man and allow him to get a job.
