Abdulfattah, born in 1956, lives with his family in a small tent under very bad conditions. They live on whatever help they can get since Abdulfattah is unable to work. He suffers from vision loss which makes him unable to take care of his basic needs. He is in need f urgent cataract surgery with a lens transplant in both eyes.
