Omar is a refugee and a father, suffering from many problems, including an injury in the eye which led to the presence of turbid fluid and separation in the network which led to severe sight problems. Omar's wife is also ill and went through pregnancy bleeding. Problems and difficulties surround Omar but he still retains hope and trust in God to regain vision in his eye by removing the turbid fluid.
