Three years ago, Wael ( born in 1997) was displaced to live with his aunt in a small shop in dire conditions. He suffers severe pains due to osteoarthritis in the knee joints. Wael has to do an endoscopy that he can't pay its cost. Please lend the young guy a helping hand to recover.
