Mouna has suffered from congenital heart disease since the day she was born, causing dyspnea. Her condition got worse after she, together with her family, sought refugee and settled in an apartment on the ground floor, where sunlight wouldn't get through. Mouna needs an oxygen device. Do not give up on her.
