Batool lives with her family in a harsh living situation in a small house. Their displacement was not the end to their pain and in addition to that batool got severe burns in the head that led to permanent scars in her face. Every single scar in batool's face tells a story of pain and struggle. Batool is going through a lot of psychological pain because of her scars and is unable to go out.
