Mohammed is suffering from tuberculosis in the abdomen, in addition to severe ulcers and infections that led to the removal of part of the bowel; his health and living situations are very bad. His parents are elderly and the family don't have a breadwinner other than Mohammed and he does not have the ability to continue treatment as he needs the cost of medication and nutrition.
