Ibrahim was displaced with his family to live in a poor house with no lights. He is thalassemic and undergoes blood transfusions three times a month. He also has to undergo splenectomy surgery, but not before he gets the needed vaccinations. His poor family seeks help since they have no means to afford all this expensive treatment for their poor son.
