Naya is a year and a half old girl with two openings in the heart requiring immediate surgery because these holes are enlarging with the growth of the heart. She has a narrowing in the pulmonary artery by 50% and needs immediate surgical procedure, but unfortunately due to her family's tragic financial situation and to the harsh conditions of war; the only hope for her survival is to help secure the cost of the operation.
