Ahmad lives with the risk of amputating his leg if he doesn't undergo surgery. He was displaced from Aleppo, to settle in a grocery store, with three sponges as his only furniture. The store is located next to a dumpster, which is filling the store with disease-carrying insects. Ahmad's living condition and his leg situation are causing him depression.
