Manal is a refugee in Jordan who was pregnant in her fifth month when she felt back pain and suffered from continuous bleeding that did not stop even after being hospitalized. After the examination, it turned out that the baby had died in her uterus two weeks ago. Her family cannot afford the pay the surgery costs so that her bleeding would stop and her life wouldn't be in danger anymore.
