Limar, an 11-year-old girl, lives with her family in a simple house that lacks the most basic necessities of life, and her father's work is not enough to cover most of their needs. Limar has Parks-Burr syndrome; one leg is shorter than the other, as well as several other problems that require her to wear medical shoes and a belt for her stomach and back. Limar told us that her dream is to go to school with shoes that don't hurt her feet and to wear a medical belt that is her size.
