Kawthar lives with her family in Syria, she was injured by a shrapnel in her spine a while ago, which caused paralysis in her legs. Kawthar lost the right of a healthy life and being able to go to school in such a young age. Now she needs medication and continuous treatment, but with her family's bad circumstances in the war her parents can't afford Kawthar's treatment.
