Zain al-Abidin is a young man who was born suffering from a very rare disease, which is tetralogy of Fallot (two openings in the ventricle and the heart on the right side), but he also suffers from kidney failure and fluid retention. Zain lives miraculously, as the doctors told him, and he needs treatment, but because of the family's poor conditions, he cannot afford treatment and transportation costs.
